Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the h5e88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. h5e88 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all Members. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any product on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. h5e88 primarily targets Indonesian players; by registering you confirm that your use of the Platform is your personal responsibility under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or officer of h5e88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an h5e88 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the h5e88 platform or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the h5e88 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. h5e88 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC data to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any Funds or Bonuses held within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. h5e88 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. h5e88 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h5e88 support immediately via live chat or email at support@h5e88.net.

3.4 KYC Verification

h5e88 is required to verify the identity of Members before processing withdrawal requests, and may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or other official photo identification. h5e88 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified in the verification request will result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

h5e88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. h5e88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, processing times may vary by payment channel.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These may be updated by h5e88 without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• h5e88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. Standard bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours (WIB); instant e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited within 60 seconds.
• h5e88 reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment method if KYC requirements have not been met.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification and security checks.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own verified name. h5e88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the Member's account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Where a Member has claimed a Bonus, withdrawal of associated Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements (see Clause 5).
• h5e88 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in a temporary processing delay not exceeding 72 hours. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by h5e88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types will be specified in the promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not contribute to clearing the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players making genuine deposits and placing genuine wagers. h5e88 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or claw back any Bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a specific welcome or first-deposit Bonus only once. Claiming the same Bonus via a duplicate account or by re-registering is prohibited.
• h5e88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's account and are actively being wagered.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's account balance. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the h5e88 Platform — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and togel draw games — are provided by certified third-party studios using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages are accurate as provided by the respective studios.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, h5e88 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the wagered stake to the Member. h5e88 is not liable for any perceived loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction. All void-round decisions are final.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Key provisions include:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Any subsequent odds movement does not affect a confirmed bet slip.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any selection in a mix parlay is void, the selection is removed and the remaining selections stand at adjusted odds.
• h5e88 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets (palpable errors) at any time before or after settlement.
• For BRI Liga 1 and all domestic Indonesian football fixtures, settlement is based on the official result as confirmed by the league governing body.

Responsible Gaming

h5e88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of membership, all Members must be at least 21 years of age. h5e88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout triggers to manage their time on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent account closure via the responsible gaming section of their dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h5e88 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook betting.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to h5e88 immediately via support@h5e88.net. Members who exploit known or discovered vulnerabilities will have all resulting winnings voided.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the h5e88 Platform — including but not limited to the h5e88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h5e88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of h5e88.

Privacy & Data

h5e88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• All personal data is transmitted and stored under 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• h5e88 does not sell or rent Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including legal and regulatory retention obligations.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@h5e88.net, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require h5e88 to retain certain data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5e88's total cumulative liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h5e88 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of account access due to circumstances beyond h5e88's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any damage to a Member's device or software resulting from accessing the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or any other payment channel operator.
• Decisions made by a Member in relation to gameplay, wagering strategy, or financial management on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes h5e88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 By h5e88

h5e88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension or closure.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

12.2 By the Member

Members may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to h5e88 support. Any confirmed real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC if not already completed.

Amendments to These Terms

h5e88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h5e88 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the Platform or via the registered contact method associated with the Member's account. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the h5e88 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

Governing Law

h5e88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5e88 is licensed and incorporated.

h5e88 expressly targets and serves Indonesian players and acknowledges the regulatory environment applicable to online gaming in Indonesia. By accepting these Terms, Indonesian Members confirm that they access the Platform at their own initiative and risk, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Member and h5e88 that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by h5e88. The language of arbitration shall be English.
